Shipping policy

We ship across India through our logistics partner. Serviceability is confirmed against your PIN code when your order is processed. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Below that, a flat charge of ₹80 applies. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.

Orders are usually dispatched within [X] working days. Delivery typically takes [X–Y] working days from dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.

You will receive tracking details once your order ships. You can also see them under Orders in your account.

Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.

If a delivery cannot be completed after [X] attempts, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we refund the order value; shipping charges [are / are not] refundable in that case.
