- How much does shipping cost?
- Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Below that, a flat ₹80 applies. The exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.
- Do you offer cash on delivery?
- Yes, on eligible orders and PIN codes. A ₹50 handling fee applies to cash-on-delivery orders. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are usually dispatched within [X] working days, and delivery typically takes a further [X–Y] working days depending on your location. These are estimates rather than guarantees — courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.
- Where do you deliver?
- Across India. Serviceability is confirmed against your PIN code when your order is processed. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund the order in full.
- How do I track my order?
- Sign in and open Orders in your account — tracking details appear there once your parcel ships, along with a link to the courier. We also email you when it goes out.
- Can I return or exchange something?
- Yes, within [X] days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags intact. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a pickup where your PIN code supports it.
- When will I get my refund?
- Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we start the refund within [X] working days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method, which banks typically take a further 5–7 working days to credit.
- What payment methods can I use?
- UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details.
- How do I know what size to order?
- Each product page carries its own size guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, send us your measurements through the contact form and we will tell you honestly which will fit better.
